2. Send us a photo/ photos through to our email with your order number

3. Wait for your preview

Photo Guidelines:

- Please try and provide the BEST photo possible

- Well lit photos

- We suggest no accessories on the pet(s) to better capture all their unique features. If accessories are included in the provided image, they will be included in the portrait unless requested otherwise.

Return Policy:

Unfortunately, since this is a custom pet portrait, we can't offer returns once we have started making your art.

We offer revisions of artwork to make sure we deliver the best we can.
